京畿道舞蹈團為京畿道代表藝術團體，以向全世界宣傳韓國舞蹈之美為主旨，自1993年創團以來，每年都上演100場以上精采表演，類型包括呈才(宮廷的舞蹈與歌曲)、傳統舞蹈、原創舞蹈等。

週六常設表演是能一次欣賞京畿道舞蹈團代表作品的特別節目，在2023年睽違四年重啟後，每年都用新穎、獨創的主題迎接觀衆。2024年以《舞動文化遺產》為大標題，每場表演都附加符合主題的副標題(用舞蹈描繪春天、在京畿音樂中舞動、月光與戲等)，上演精采豐富的內容。

演出劇目遍及傳統舞蹈韓英淑流太平舞、動感十足的四物農樂、帶有現代風格的MZ都堂巫舞，體裁廣泛。再加上年輕團員們的熱情呈現，以及與京畿鄉樂舞蹈保存會、光明農樂保存會等當地藝術團體的合作，每場表演都帶來全新感動。
