鳳山燉排骨(봉산찜갈비)

自1963年起，整個東仁洞因為研發出將排骨裝盛在白銅鍋裡烹煮後，成為香辣美味可口的燉排骨之特色，口碑就此傳開因而聲名大噪。大約100公尺長的道路兩旁現已形成「東仁洞燉排骨一條街」，比起其他鐵製容器，利用白銅鍋傳熱度高的特性來燉煮排骨，更能夠品嚐的到肉質的嚼勁和鮮美，再搭配上各種絕配的醬料調味，燉排骨濃郁的香氣實在是令人無不食指大動的。燉排骨被選為代表大邱的鄉土飲食後，也吸引愈來愈多來到當地觀光的國內外旅客，成為必嚐的人氣傳統美食。
