1987年10月30日開館的國立清州博物館，主要調查、研究並展示忠清北道地區的文化遺產，並透過各種教育課程，呈現中原文化的特色。博物館建築是韓國代表建築師金壽根所設計，為韓國現代建築的里程碑作品，位於牛岩山東邊山麓，以秀麗的風景為背景。

至2018年12月，共計收藏有42,000多件文物，並展示其中的1,200多件。博物館佔地67,302㎡，建築面積6,556㎡，為鋼筋混凝土建築，共由4個常設展覽室與戶外展覽場、兒童博物館、青蓮館、企劃特展室所構成。常設展覽室中的第1展覽室是史前文化室，展出舊石器時代至鐵器時代初期的考古資料。第2展覽室為古代文化室，展有三國時代的歷史資料，可以了解三國文化的複合式中原地方文化特色。第3展覽室為高麗文化室，展出能一窺忠清北道佛教文化的各種佛教金屬工藝品與陶瓷器、飾品等生活文化。第4展覽室則為朝鮮文化室，展出於忠清北道製作或使用的粉青瓷器，以及於墓中出土的碗盤與飾品、當地儒學者的肖像畫、書籍、古文獻等。兒童博物館由第1展覽室(文化財中的金屬故事)、第2展覽室(文化財中的遊戲、飲食故事)、嬰幼兒體驗室三方圓(三角形·方形·圓形)所構成，設計了各種讓小朋友能輕鬆接觸文化財的遊戲與體驗設施。而在企劃特展室，則會於每年春秋兩季舉辦各種不同主題的特展。

韓獨醫藥博物館是為了紀念(株)韓獨創立10週年，作為文化事業的一環，於1964年開館的博物館，被記錄為韓國首座企業博物館兼專業博物館。1995年擴大規模，並遷址至忠清北道陰城。目前館內保管並展出了包含寶物6件在內，極具保存價值的醫藥相關史料與文物約2萬多件，可謂韓國醫藥史料之寶庫，每年有約1萬5千人次的遊客造訪。韓獨醫藥博物館共分為四個展覽室，分別為可回顧韓國先祖醫藥足跡的韓國館、能一覽東西洋各國醫藥資料的國際館、介紹韓獨公司歷史的韓獨史料室、展出創立者金信權名譽會長寄贈品的濟石廳。此外，還有收藏了9千多本醫藥書籍的醫藥圖書室。2006年，韓獨為了更積極地展開各種形態的社會公益活動，與創立者金信權名譽會長一同設立了社會公益法人韓獨濟石財團，並將韓獨醫藥博物館編入財團名下，對社會文化事業投注更多心力。

    清州藝術殿堂是清州市所打造的文化空間，主要目的在於帶給市民與遊客有品味的文化生活。自1995年開館以來，每年約舉辦600多次高水準的表演，對於滿足市民的文化需求有極大貢獻。由市立交響樂團、市立合唱團、市立國樂團、市立舞蹈團所組成的清州市立藝術團，會在此舉辦定期表演、週四表演、早午餐音樂會等各種企劃表演，獲得市民們的熱烈迴響。

    清州藝術殿堂有大表演場、小表演場、大展覽室、小展覽室、大會議室等表演與展覽設施，並備有兒童遊戲室等便利設施。大表演場作為多功能劇場，為了取得最佳的舞臺演出效果，整個舞臺為採鏡框式(PROSCENIUM ARCH)設計而成。以中央舞臺為中心，左右兩側舞臺為管絃樂團設施，可容納歌劇、芭蕾、音樂劇等藝術表演與演講、發布會、研討會等各種活動。小表演場則可透過下沉式花園(SUNKEN GARDEN)與外部相連。這裡設備完善，可藉由前面舞臺或中央舞臺進行各種表演，透過舞臺左右設置的主要音響，讓任一地點皆能維持平均聲壓。此外，也設有2座無線天線，方便使用無線麥克風。而清州藝術殿堂的大展覽室，採可變式空間設計，可根據展覽企劃的特性調整，甚至進行表演。除了展覽外，也能舉辦各種活動。此外，還設有清州文化館。文化館由1樓的第1、2展覽室、2樓的第3展覽室、3樓的第4展覽室所構成，各個展覽室可分離，依據展覽企劃之特性，也可進行表演。藝術殿堂內也設有大會議室，內部擁有10張桌子與65個椅子，並具備音響設備與演講設施，適合用於各種會議、活動等各種用途。

    位於空氣清新、水質清澈的山麓，佔地3萬多坪，作為當地知名景點的「雲甫之家」，是韓國畫壇巨匠故 金基昶(號 雲甫)先生的私人住宅。金基昶先生在夫人朴崍賢畫家(號 雨鄉)過世後，移居至此度過晚年生活。這是一座優雅的韓屋建築，經過立柱大門，穿過中門與庭園，可看到美麗的韓屋裡屋。在裡屋的地下，還展有以韓國畫呈現的耶穌受難像作品《耶穌的生涯》。此外，這裡也設有雲甫美術館，展出雲甫金基昶畫家與雨鄕朴崍賢畫家的作品與遺物。這裡是可認識克服聽覺障礙，成長為東洋華壇巨匠的雲甫金基昶先生的人生及其作品之處，也因電視劇《陽光先生》曾在此取景拍攝而為人熟知。
