瑤石宮過去曾為新羅時代武烈王之女瑤石公主所居住過的宮址，朝鮮時代慶州崔氏於此紮根，發展為知名的崔富翁宅。日據時代，崔家不僅為獨立運動家們提供隱身處，崔家兄弟也成為獨立運動的主體，資助獨立資金，並於光復後將財產捐給社會，受到眾人尊敬。當時在常造訪崔家的客人們的口耳相傳下，崔富翁宅的傳統家庭飲食因此廣為人知。瑤石宮就是崔家後代子孫在古宅內所經營的韓定食餐廳，經過12代傳承的料理清爽可口。如今這裡仍是招待貴賓時極具代表性的傳統餐廳，各國大使、前總統、各界知名人士皆曾造訪品嚐。

榮州的Miso MeokuemKo(裝滿微笑的地瓜之意)是韓國最早研發地瓜麵包的廠商，使用HACCP認證的設備來生產。製造過程中將麵粉與砂糖的含量降到最低，為低膽固醇、低脂低卡並無防腐劑的健康麵包。

Miso MeokuemKo從地瓜種植到成品，全程的加工、流通等都是一條龍作業。在總公司的賣場旁還有工廠與體驗館，不但可以品嚐各種地瓜蛋糕、麵包、餅乾，也可以親眼看到製作的過程，讓消費者吃的安心，並可進行體驗與參觀。

    💡 簡介

    慶州皇南餅最早出現於1939年的慶州皇南洞，前來購買的人將其稱為「皇南餅」，進而成為今日的正式名稱。皇南餅創始人已故崔榮華先生出生於慶州崔氏家族，21歲那年歷經千辛萬苦，終於獨自創造出皇南餅。他著眼於家族中以紅豆製作年糕與麵包的風俗，加以變化後開發出獨創技法，即使在80年後的今天，也僅使用紅豆作為呈現甜味的原料。皇南餅的特色在於印著優美的梳齒花紋，散發出新羅風情。
